Jonathan Long is an Employee Relations Partner at BJC Health System.
Before starting at BJC, Jonathan graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Sociology. Since working at BJC, he has gleaned experience in various areas of human resources, ranging from DEI, talent, and strategic HR to employee relations. Jonathan has been a member of SMPHR and on the leadership team since its inception. He is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys trying new cuisines, horticulture, and is an avid Corvette enthusiast.
