Larnise Boain

Larnise Boain has a professional mission to "Make Work a Better Place." For the better of 20 years, Larnise has consulted with business leaders and has led complex organizational transformations.

Larnise is currently Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Reinsurance Group of America, where she guides efforts to create an irresistible workplace. She leads business initiatives to evolve RGA workplaces and the communities in which RGA has a presence into more diverse, equitable and inclusive environments. In addition to DEI, Larnise also serves as Lead HR Business Partner for Global Financial Solutions and the Investment functions at RGA.

Larnise has both public and private sector experience, having spent more than 13 years as a consultant to US federal agencies before her return to the financial services/insurance industry in 2016.

Larnise is a Board member for the St. Louis Contemporary Art Museum and is a member of the Charmaine Chapman Leadership Society for United Way Leadership Givers. She is on the Advisory Board for Career and Workforce Development with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis. She is also a former board member for Gateway to H.O.P.E. and a lifelong champion for women and children's needs.

Larnise holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from The American University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from DePauw University. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Prosci® Licensed Change Management Professional (PLCMP), and holds a certification in Situational Leadership from the Blanchard Company. She is accredited in the Insights Discovery Evaluator and a Certified Practitioner in the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment Scales.

Larnise enjoys working with her local church, non-profit and community-based organizations. She spends her free time traveling, public speaking, completing DIY projects and reading.
