Olivia is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with degrees in Sociology and French, and an active MBA student at Washington University.
Olivia currently works as an HR Analytics & Strategy Analyst at Reinsurance Group of America. She previously worked as an HR Specialist, Mobility & Immigration within the Talent Acquisition team at RGA, overseeing the US Internship Program and supporting US immigration and mobility. Serving on the SMPHR leadership team since March of 2020, she is passionate about building community with like-minded professionals in the STL area and attributes her career success to the strong network SMPHR always provides.
