Yasmin Chittakhone is a certified Professional in Human Resources with over 25 years of comprehensive human resources experience including talent strategies, retention, training & development, DEI, project management, labor relations and benefits administration. She is the Human Resources Manager at Christian Hospital, where she partners with leaders to establish and continuously improve culture and employee experience and conducts HR strategic planning to support organizational goals. Within the BJC health system, she was previously an HR Business Partner at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
Prior to joining the BJC health system, Yasmin had a diverse industry background in Human Resources that includes healthcare, hospitality, retail and utilities.
Yasmin holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in HR Management. Outside of work, she is involved in various volunteer opportunities including serving as a mentor for the International Mentoring Program through St. Louis Mosaic. She is a member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for the Valley Park School District.
